The Core-1 Chain v5 upgrade proposal is live on-chain for voting. 

This upgrade will re-establish the ICA channel b/w Core-1 chain & Cosmos Hub and enable the launch of pSTAKE for Cosmos. The upgrade is estimated to happen at block height 8910100.
